Gravel

Doesn't look much different, but the piers have been concreted and there's gravel over the top of it all.  Ready to be boxed up for the slab!

After being zapped by the electric fences and leaving, they returned the next day to put the pipes in...

After five hours of excavation we now have a flat patch.

In the beginning...

Finally, after just over a year since starting out trawling through the display homes (ok so we had done that a couple of times during the few years previous and given up as it was all too hard), our house is finally going to be built.  Goodbye front paddock!
